△육아ㆍ임신ㆍ출산 휴직기간 인정＝퇴직수당 기준 재직기간 산정시 육아ㆍ임신ㆍ출산 휴직기간의 절반만을 인정받았으나 내년부터 전체 기간으로 확대된다.
△국립공원 입장료 폐지＝대(對)국민 서비스 제고 차원에서 1월 1일부터 한라산 국립공원을 제외한 전국 국립공원 입장료를 폐지한다. 현재 20개 국립공원 중 경주국립공원을 제외한 국립공원에서 어른 1600원, 청소년ㆍ학생 600원, 어린이 300원씩 입장료를 받고 있다.
△공직자 재산가액 변동 신고 의무화＝재산등록 공직자들은 부동산, 상장주식, 골프장 회원권 등에 대해 공시가격만 변동된 경우에도 그 내용을 신고해야 한다.
△도로명 주소도 법적주소로 사용＝4월 5일부터 도로이름과 건물번호를 기초로 만들어지는 도로명주소가 법적 주소로 사용된다. 이에 따라 문패, 도로표지판을 비롯해 부동산등기부, 주민등록, 건축물대장 등 사회생활과 법률생활의 공적장부가 새 주소로 바뀌게 된다.
